Career
After completing her doctorate at ETH Zurich on the topic of ecological optimization of municipal solid waste management, Dr. Melanie Haupt dedicated another four years to research in the field of sustainable circular economy. Today she is lecturer for waste and recycling management at the ETH Zurich and various universities of applied sciences and also runs the consulting agency realcycle GmbH, where she uses open thinking to contributes to closed cycles with open thinking.
