Career
After planting hundreds of trees as a volunteer, Rabea Ganz decided to study materials science in order to make a more effective contribution to mitigating climate change. She wanted to combine her fascination with the diversity of materials with the idea of sustainability. Convinced that many sustainable solutions already exist, she decided to drive their implementation forward after completing her Master's degree. This is how she joined realcycle as a project employee in May 2024.
