The Quick-Check Packaging includes the following activities:

• Definition of framework conditions and packaging goals: Together, we will define your goals in a 30-minute online meeting. In a structured questionnaire, you record the data of your packaging required for the Quick-Check (materials and their proportions, recyclate content, filling material, distribution countries, production quantities, etc.)
• Assessment and identification of optimization potentials: Based on your information, we analyze your packaging with regard to environmental and recycling aspects as well as regulatory frameworks using the following questions:
  • What guidelines exist and does the packaging comply with them? How would the packaging need to be optimized to comply with the guidelines?
  • What regulatory changes are there in your sales countries or what are in prospect? Is the packaging ready for this or what would have to be changed?
  • What are specific ecological material optimizations, considering the packaged goods?
  • Outlook: Optimization proposals for Design for Circularity (D4C) to show you what else is possible besides recycling.
• Evaluation and discussion: You will receive the assessment as a compact and practical overview that will help you to improve your packaging portfolio sustainably. In a 60-minute online session, we will discuss the results and clarify any open questions and, if necessary, the further procedure.
