Career
After planting hundreds of trees as a volunteer, Rabea Ganz decided to study materials science in order to make a more effective contribution to curbing climate change. She wanted to combine her fascination with the diversity of materials with the idea of sustainability. Convinced that there are already many sustainable solutions, she decided to promote their implementation after completing her master's degree. She joined realcycle as a project employee in May 2024.
