Consulting
Do you want to optimize your packaging, make your purchasing and production circular, optimize a specific material flow, and don't know where to start? We sit down with you, analyze and advise you as equals. We use life cycle assessments and indicators, and apply circular economy strategies. Together with you, we define a plan of action and support you in its implementation.
Project Design
Have you set yourself the goal of making your processes or your entire company more sustainable? Would you like a circular value chain? Do you want to network with like-minded people? And still achieve your business goals? That's a lot at once. We support you, act as 'facilitators', organize meetings and workshops, structure and design the entire project for you. Thanks to our scientific background and many years of academic research, we can professionally close knowledge gaps. The report is prepared according to scientific criteria. If it is up to us, we advocate for open access to knowledge and make the report publicly available. The decision is yours.
Courses and Teaching
Would you like to raise awareness among your employees about sustainability and circular economy? With our training courses and workshops, we impart relevant knowledge in a target group-oriented manner, regardless of the department, function, or position of your employees. We determine the topic and scope together.
For this, we draw on the experience of Dr. Melanie Haupt and Dr. Maja Wiprächtiger, who teach at various universities in diverse Bachelor's, Master's, MAS, CAS, and further education formats on the topics of sustainability and sustainable cycles.

At each cycletalk, a main topic is examined from different perspectives by various stakeholders. The subsequent aperitif offers the opportunity to network and exchange ideas with the experts.

Are you looking for brainpower on a specific topic? The active working format cycleworks sees itself as a platform where a specific topic is discussed and worked on in depth. This can concern specific industries or sectors, or a topic that is cross-industry or cross-sector.

The cyclestudio platform is the new think tank from realcycle. We bring different stakeholders together to develop ideas or even find concrete solutions using creative methods. The goal is to holistically develop sustainable circular economy for industry and trade in order to implement it more quickly and actively. Together, in an open discussion, we create the basis for this.
